The wife of Rayaramangalath adiyodi was a girl from Narambil Family. Kali was the family Goddess of Narambil Family. Once the pregnant girl wanted to go to her home her husband told she could go after the. But she wanted to go then itself and in angry he kicked her and she died instantly. Knowing this her mother prayed to her family Goddess. Devi in anger went to Rayaramangalam and the Rayaramangalam Bhagavathi told Muchilottu Bhagavathi to cool down the anger of Devi. Muchilottu Bhagavathi took the form of Manjalamma and persuaded Devi.
